About Brandon
Brandon didn't come up through consulting. He came up through the shop floor, the promotions with no training, the 100-hour weeks, and the burnout that follows. He knows what it costs — because he paid it.
Brandon spent two decades working his way up in high-pressure operational environments — the kind where you're responsible for people, output, and results, and nobody tells you how to do the people part. He was promoted because he was good at the work. Like most managers, he was given no training for the job that came with it.
He reached VP level. He was running a team of 50-plus people. From the outside it looked like success. From the inside, he was the bottleneck, the firefighter, and the person holding everything together through sheer force of will. Then he burned out.
The burnout wasn't a weakness. It was information. It told him exactly where the systems had failed — and once he could see that clearly, he could fix it. He rebuilt the way the operation ran, rebuilt the way he led, and came out the other side with a very specific understanding of what actually causes the friction that owners and managers quietly carry.
That experience eventually led Brandon deeper into understanding what happens beneath performance — how pressure affects the nervous system, how conditioning shapes leadership behavior, and why changing systems without changing the human patterns inside them rarely lasts.
Today, he brings those lessons into organizations through speaking, workshops, and deeper consulting engagements.

Detroit
Metro area focus
Brandon works with Detroit-area business owners and divisional heads who are living the version of that story he recognises. The turnover, the team that's stopped caring, the manager who was your best worker and is now drowning, the weight you carry home. He's not selling a framework he read about. He's applying what he learned the hard way — in your kind of business, at your kind of scale, with your kind of people.
Brandon's work starts with real conversations about what people are actually experiencing. Sometimes that's one hour in front of a room. Sometimes it's an interactive workshop. And sometimes the problem requires going inside the organization, finding what's creating the friction, and helping rebuild what isn't working. The engagement should fit the problem — not the other way around.
