Organizational Consulting

When the problem requires more than a conversation.

Some organizations need a conversation. Some need a workshop. Others need someone willing to go inside the business and find what's actually creating the problem.

When turnover, disengagement, leadership bottlenecks, communication breakdowns, or cultural issues continue despite attempts to fix them, another initiative isn't always the answer. Sometimes you need to understand why nothing seems to stay fixed. That's where the consulting work begins.

There isn't one way to work with Brandon.

The engagement should fit the problem — not the other way around.

Speaking & Workshops

Conversation & Awareness

Sometimes the starting point is getting people in the same room and having a conversation they haven't been having. Brandon's keynotes and interactive workshops explore leadership, culture, pressure, burnout, nervous-system awareness, and human performance in ways that are practical, relatable, and immediately recognizable inside the workplace.

Understand What's Actually Happening

Sometimes awareness isn't enough. When the problem is deeper, Brandon works directly with organizations to understand what's actually happening beneath the symptoms — and determine what needs to change. The consulting process begins with The Diagnostic and, when warranted, can continue into The Rebuild.

Fix What Isn't Working

01

The Diagnostic

Find the problem before trying to fix it.

Most organizations don't ignore problems. They've usually already tried to fix them. New processes. New policies. Meetings. Training. Raises. Restructuring. New managers. Another initiative. And yet somehow, six months later, the same problem is back.

The Diagnostic is designed to answer a different question: What is actually happening here?

Brandon goes inside the organization to understand the problem from multiple perspectives rather than assuming leadership already has the complete picture. Depending on the organization and issue, that may include conversations with leadership and employees, reviewing existing processes and expectations, identifying behavioral and communication patterns, and examining where trust, accountability, leadership, or systems may be breaking down.

The Diagnostic is designed to identify:

  • What's actually happening beneath the visible problem
  • Where the breakdown appears to originate
  • Patterns leadership may not be able to see from their position
  • Where expectations, communication, trust, or accountability have become disconnected
  • The organizational impact of allowing the problem to continue
  • What realistically needs to change
  • Whether the organization can address it internally or would benefit from additional support

The result isn't another generic consulting report. It's a clearer picture of the problem and practical options for what happens next.

The Diagnostic stands on its own. There is no requirement to continue into a larger engagement. If your organization can take the findings and fix the problem internally, that's a successful outcome.

02

The Rebuild

When knowing the problem isn't enough.

Sometimes identifying the problem is the hard part. Other times, everyone already knows something needs to change — but changing it while continuing to run the business is where organizations get stuck.

When The Diagnostic identifies deeper issues requiring hands-on support, Brandon can work alongside leadership and teams to help rebuild what's no longer working. This isn't handing leadership a binder of recommendations and disappearing. It's working inside the organization while the changes are actually being made.

The work is shaped around the actual problem identified during The Diagnostic rather than forcing the organization into a predetermined program. And progress is measured against the problem we're trying to solve — not activity for activity's sake.

The Rebuild isn't an upsell. It's recommended only when The Diagnostic shows that deeper involvement is warranted and both sides believe working together makes sense.

Depending on the problem, the Rebuild may address:

  • Leadership behavior and expectations
  • Communication breakdowns
  • Management practices
  • Accountability and ownership
  • Employee trust
  • Team structure
  • Decision-making
  • Operational processes
  • Workplace pressure and reactive patterns
  • The gap between stated culture and experienced culture

Speaking & Workshops

Sometimes one conversation is exactly what the room needs.

Not every organizational challenge requires consulting. Sometimes leaders need a different way to understand what they're seeing. Sometimes employees need language for something they've been experiencing but haven't been able to articulate. And sometimes an organization simply wants to start a better conversation about leadership, culture, pressure, burnout, or human performance.

Corporate Speaking

45–60 minute keynote or talk + optional Q&A

Designed for leadership events, company meetings, conferences, associations, retreats, and employee-development events.

Interactive Workshops

60–180 minutes depending on the organization and objective

Designed for organizations that want to move beyond the keynote conversation and give participants more time to explore, discuss, and apply the concepts.

Community & Local Talks

Detroit-area community and business events

Brandon also participates in select Detroit-area community and business events at free or nominal ticket cost. Community events are separate from corporate speaking engagements and provide an opportunity to bring these conversations into the broader community.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the problem.

You don't need to know whether you need a keynote, workshop, Diagnostic, or deeper consulting engagement before reaching out. Tell Brandon what's happening. If a conversation or workshop makes sense, he'll tell you. If the problem needs deeper investigation, he'll tell you. And if he doesn't believe he's the right person to help, he'll tell you that too.

The goal isn't to sell you the biggest engagement. It's to figure out what the problem actually needs.
